Gateway Home Dialysis is based in Visalia, CA. We have a highly trained team of dialysis specialists to help you understand your home dialysis procedures, enjoy the greater flexibility and freedom, and feel better.

Overseeing Gateway Home Dialysis is David Heaney, MD, and Mohsen Thomas, MD. Both are highly experienced and skilled nephrologists who ensure the medical integrity and professionalism of the program.

Patients can be referred to Gateway Home Dialysis by any nephrologist. You will continue to be seen by your personal physician while you are a patient of Gateway Home Dialysis.
